Payment is by cash or PayPal.  If you buy many, a bank wire transfer could be arranged.  I am not prepared to ship.  If that is what you want, then it will be totally your responsibility.  It can only be done after full payment and a subsequent confirmation of receipt of funds.  Sorry, no scams.
